Brokers Ireland was delighted to welcome members to the Insurance Broker Forum which was held in Dublin on 30th April and in Portlaoise on 08th May. The Forum featured the latest industry updates, including expert-led panel discussions, market insights, innovations in digital transformation, and strategies for underwriting emerging risks which were aimed at helping Insurance Brokers navigate market trends and challenges.
Our expert-led panel discussions covered key industry topics such as emerging claims trends and customer responsiveness, underwriting challenges amid evolving risks, and finding the right balance between digital transformation and the human touch. We extend our sincere thanks to the panellists who joined us in both Dublin and Portlaoise—their engagement sparked some thoughtful commentary and meaningful discussion throughout the sessions.
We also welcomed Robert Troy TD, Minister of State at the Department of Finance, to the Dublin Forum, where he spoke to members on Broker critical topics including insurance reform, market capacity and competitiveness, as well as regulatory updates from a European and national perspective. Brokers Ireland would also like to thank Premium Credit for supporting the Insurance Broker Forum sessions.
