As the leading voice of our profession, we advocate and represent members interests with regulators, government, and key stakeholders on key insurance matters – safeguarding the integrity and driving the advancement of industry standards.
We champion the interests of our members by providing support across key areas: compliance and regulatory guidance, advocacy, business and technical development, professional growth, and member services – ensuring Brokers have a strong, unified voice throughout Ireland.

Every member office adheres to strict codes of conduct, professionalism, and best practice to ensure exceptional service for clients. Our members are regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland and comply with rigorous requirements, including the Consumer Protection Code, Individual Accountability Framework, Fitness and Probity and Minimum Competency Code (MCC).
