Job Specification:

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Financial Advisor to join our expanding Dublin-based financial planning team at Mount Street Group, Sandymount. This role is ideal for someone looking to move away from a new-business–focused environment and focus instead on developing long-term relationships and delivering high-quality, holistic financial advice. You will work with an established client base while receiving full support to grow your expertise and career within the firm.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive financial planning advice to individual clients, aligned with their goals and financial circumstances.
  • Deliver personalised recommendations across pensions, investments, protection, and broader financial planning needs.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, focusing on trust, service quality, and ongoing
  • Conduct regular client reviews, prepare detailed documentation, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the advisory team to share insights, support client outcomes, and contribute to a positive team environment.
