Provider Award Winners Announced – Life Offices, Insurance Providers & Mortgage Lenders

A big thank you to all members who took part in the 2025 Provider Survey and huge congratulations to all the winning companies! This year’s survey captured Brokers’ experiences with life offices, insurance providers and mortgage lenders across key areas like products, pricing, Broker support, and technical collaboration. It offers a valuable snapshot of how the industry has performed over the past year and how satisfied Brokers are with the services and support they receive.

Each insurer and lender is ranked using data gathered from Brokers Ireland members who engaged with the provider within the past twelve months. This year’s survey was conducted over a five-week period from September to October 2025 – some survey sections saw an increase of up to 58% compared to last year.

Your feedback is incredibly important. It not only gives our members a strong voice but also helps providers understand how to better connect and collaborate with the Broker channel. Thanks again for sharing your views and helping shape the future of Broker services.
